Using this site
This site describes the services of Jones Waste and Removal LLC and lets you request them. Sending a form is a request, not a booking. Service starts once we confirm it with you.
Weekly trash pickup
Weekly pickup is billed monthly at the rate shown on our pricing page, for addresses we confirm are on our route. You provide your own trash cans and set them out on your pickup day. Weather or unsafe road conditions can delay a pickup.
Quotes for junk removal and valet trash
Quotes are based on the information and photos you give us. If the job turns out different, such as more items, different items, or harder access, the price may change, and we'll confirm any change with you.
Text messages
If you opt in on one of our forms, Jones Waste and Removal will text you about your request and your service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help, or call or text 479-977-1412. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.
Items we may decline
We may decline items we cannot safely or legally haul, such as hazardous chemicals.
Payment
Payment is made online once your service or quote is approved.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site.
